1. Unzip the file Tally ERP 9

2. Install Tally ERP 9.exe

3. Replace tally.exe to tally directory file.

4. Run as Administrator Tally from Desktop.

5. Activate License, Use Following details:

Serial No. 7477466951

Activation key. 91 7477466951

Email. httrickss@gmail.com

Then After entering all above details press Enter key. Then Quit Tally by pressing Esc key or "Q".

Then...

( Tally will make a tally_req.lic in your C://TallyERP directory.)

5. Exit tally program, rename tally_req.lic to tally.lic and run

tally erp program again, tally should now be activated and ready to use.
