Windows 10 Can only run many apps by selecting RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
Since upgrading to Windows 10 I have lots of apps, Notepad, Paint, System Info and others that won't run correctly if at all unless I right click and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. Notepad.exe will open and run until you go to SAVE or SAVE AS and then it throws up the NOTEPAD HAS STOPPED WORKING popup. Paint loads a popup that says PAINT IS TRYING TO RECOVER YOUR INFORMATION - and then it it never loads, if I load MSINFO32 is immediately crashes with a stopped working message. These three alone where working prior to the upgrade. DOes anyone have any insight to this? Thanks
